On this basis, the strategies and suggestions for establishing proper employment intention, employment promotion and psychological health education were made from the perspective of college students, schools, government and society. It could provide a reference for decision making of government and university to improve the employment work of medical students. The specific research purposes were as following.1. The current situation of employment intension of medical students in Shandong Provence was described to find out the peculiarity of their employment intensions.2. Psychological pressure of employment and the distribution were analyzed in the research.3. Factor analysis was used to analysis the potential variables of Kessler10scale, the distributions of psychological pressure of employment among students were discussed from the influence factors.4. Impact factors of undergraduates’ psychological pressure were identified from demography and employment intention.5. The relationship of employment intention and psychological pressure was discussed in this study. Methods1. Literature review was used to organize the related theory, policy and practice level of knowledge of psychological health problems of college students’ employment intention.2. The research object was confirmed by the multi-stage stratified random sampling method. The cross-sectional survey questionnaire used in the study was formulated by our research team. The mean, median and constituent ratios were used to making the descriptive analysis of the employment intention and psychological pressures of medical undergraduates.3. The method of factor analysis was used to analyze and explain the deep latent variables of the medical undergraduates’employment psychological stress.4. Variance analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were used to identify the influence factors of medical students’ employment psychological pressure.5. The correspondence analysis was used to deduce the relationship between college students’employment intention and employment psychological stress. Measure and suggestions for employment guidance and training and psychological health education of the medical students were proposed on this basis.Results1. The basic situation of1211medical students was surveyed:male students accounted for20.00%, clinical and nursing majors accounted for86.90%. Mainly centralized distribution in grade junior, senior and fifth year student, accounted for42.90%,17.90%and42.90%, respectively. The only child accounted for25.40%, city origin students accounted for30.30%.2. The characteristics of medical students’ employment intentions were as following:2.1The expectation after graduation:50.37%students expected to graduate employment,39.8%of people expected further studies.2.2The anticipated salary mainly concentrated in the2000-3000Yuan and2000-4000Yuan, accounted for39.97%and27.20%, respectively. 2.3First considered factors were such as salary, development opportunities, and work place for choosing the career. The main expected employment areas concentrated in the eastern region (75.40%), followed by the central region (9.34%). In expected employment level, students expecting employment in big cities accounted for33.08%, small and medium-sized cities accounts for57.86%.2.4Only27.50%of undergraduates were willing to work out of their hometown, while46.42%of people were unwilling to work in the place other than their hometown.2.577.00%of the medical students expected to work in the medical and health institutions, and who expected to schools and scientific research institutions accounted for8.45%, and62.00%of students expected to work in prefecture-level cities.3. Career planning and job skills:3.182.39%of college students have done career planning.3.2The main affect factors of the employment intention were practice, experience, professional knowledge, social relations and communication ability.3.3Lack of practice and experience, social relations, insufficient employment information were major factor of the disturbing factors.3.4Parents and other relatives were the most important affect factors for choosing jobs accounting for65.27%.3.5The students with optimistic employment prospects attitude were22.88%and62.54%in general.3.6Employment web and social recruitment were the main way to get the employment information.3.7The students mostly expect the school career guidance center to make training for resuming production, etiquette and job interview skills.4. Employment and employment policy:4.1The employment difficulty reasons survey demonstrated that inefficient employment ability, the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities and the employment market supply were main reasons.4.2The understanding of the national employment policy:encouraged to urban and rural grassroots and the Midwest employment and university student village official plans were the policies most understanding by students. 5. The results of Kessler10scale factor analysis5.1The scale factor analysis results showed that the items1-6of Kessler10scale belonged to factor F1, named psychological cognitive pressure factors. The item7-10belonged to factor F2, named psychological pressure factors.5.2The variance contribution rate of factor F1and F2were0.3409and0.2987, deduced that the employment psychological pressure was mainly controlled by the psychological cognitive pressure (F1).6. The factor scores of kesslerlO scale items were calculated by the factor analysis. Employment psychological stress of different gender, professional and variables of age was discussed by analysis potential factor score F1and F2scores.7. The distribution of the classification of mental health score showed that24.3%of the students’employment psychological stress was good,37.7%was in general,38.1%of the people were in poor psychological health. Single factor analysis and the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis results showed that gender, family economic level, career planning and grassroots employment or not were the single factor of medical students’ personal and family situation. No career planning, pessimists, employment value in general and willing to work by the grass-roots employment were risk factors for university students’ employment psychological pressure.8. Employment intention and employment psychological pressure correspondence analysis results showed there was a remarkable correspondence relationship between employment psychological pressure and employment intentions including expected employment direction, employment value and attitude to the national employment policy.Discussion1. The expected employment intention of medical students still tends to the east area. Currently research shows that employment intention of the investigated medical college students still tends to the eastern coastal city. And employment intention of medical students willing to work in small and medium-sized county is lower.2. The medical students’job-hunting skills should be further improved. They lack of job-hunting skills, lack of social practice and work experiences when they study professional theory knowledge in the school. Their job-hunting etiquettes and interview skills still need to be improved.3. The situation of students’employment psychological pressure need to be improved, especially for the male students. Female students’psychological stress level is lower than that in male students. The factor analysis result showed that male student psychological stress is better than female students in psychological pressure, but in the aspect of psychological cognitive pressure is worse than female students. More works should be done to give the boys more psychological calm and education in the aspect of sense of fatigue, tension, calm, helplessness, and insecurity.4. Through factor analysis of KesslerlO scale, we could find further employment psychological stress problem, and could facilitate psychological health education work.5. There was a simple corresponding relationship between mental health and employment intention. Three variables, career planning, greatly, and grass-roots showed significant meaning employment to employment of employment psychological stress. The expected employment direction, employment attitude, and the attitude of the country’s employment policy of medical students had a simple corresponding relationship with employment psychological pressure.Suggestions1. The government should improve the mechanism of university students’ employment.1.1Narrowing the difference of social and economic development between east region and west region.1.2Increase the incentive effect of employment policy.1.3Improve the level of salary and working environment in medical and health institutions.2. Medical college employment guidance departments need to improve the employment work, including mental health guidance, strengthening students’ social practice, career planning, job skill training and mental health education.3.
