| For a long time, that students learn the curriculums from teachers is a regular way of teaching system in the Physical Culture College. It is a way to exert sufficiently and procedurally the ability of teachers due to different skills and let students learn difficult knowledge. It helps a lot in progressing the procedure of teaching. But, the regular methods get revealed some insufficient aspects of educating students who are required to be skilled and good in science as the society develops. One of the important reason is that somehow it misses to bring up interests of learning for students.In this research, we use a contrast between regular teaching ways and a method consolidating self-study and directed introduction of teaching shot-put in the college. We select20students randomly from each of the two general classes which are consist of students who entered in2013. Tests have been done about physical body situations and skills before we start the experiment to make sure that there is no obvious differences between the students who are chosen. Then we dived students into two groups. Group A Called experiment group and students in it will be taught using the new method while the other group will learn in regular ways. Both groups will have the same teachers, same programs and schedule. After the experiment, we analysis and contrast those two groups in skills and the ability of reaching standers. We draw a conclusion below after16class hours.Firstly, the method consolidating self-study and directed introduction is better for students to capture the main points of action skills.Secondly, the method consolidating self-study and directed introduction makes it easier to control and modify the procedure of class.Thirdly, the method consolidating self-study and directed introduction can culture the ability of self-study and motive students better. |
