With the development of economic globalization trend, increasingly frequent cross-border population movements between countries, starting from the1980s, in the spring breeze of reform and opening up China’s Korean ongoing population movements, they migrate to the coastal cities, but also choose to belong to the same root in the history of South Korea as a country of immigration. Especially China and South Korea established diplomatic relations, the number of Korean Korea increased dramatically, as of December31,2012, in Korea Korean has reached as many as45million people, the many foreigners in Korea, the accounted for the largest number of one of the groups. Korean cross-cultural adaptation in Korean society increasingly South Korea and China, some researchers’attention.Domestic academia study various aspects of cross-cultural groups, and that social networks have a big impact on cross-cultural groups cultural adaptation, but the study of Korean works rarely, mainly minority in the cross-cultural adaptation of the Han areas, such as the Korean youth cross-cultural adaptation in the Wangjing area of Beijing, the Korean college students in a strange cross-cultural adaptation. Domestic scholars rarely as research subjects in Korean Korean study, based outside the Chinese or foreigners in China as the research object for study in a specific Korean Korean particular individual is nearly blank. Therefore, this study can not only understand in Korean Korean cross-cultural adaptation of the status quo, and the future of China’s ethnic minorities interregional cultural adaptation research also has some reference value. But also for the future development and improvement of cross-cultural adaptability of Korean help.In this study, as the research object in Korean Korean the individual ZXX literature research and case study method, as well as specific research-based, described the relationship between the cross-cultural individuals and macro groups, individual micro-and to explore the process of how Korean Korean individual in the new cultural scene in the selection and adjust their own behavior, to examine its cross-cultural adaptation in the Korean Korean cross-cultural adaptation, and social networking. This article consists of the following parts.The first chapter is the introductory part, to clarify the research background and significance, and review of the literature, describes the object of study and research methods of this study to find a breakthrough on this basis, the study of this subject.The second chapter in Korean Korean cross-cultural adaptation part, to sort out the problem of cross-cultural groups, cultural adaptation, the paper first introduces the meaning of cross-cultural adaptation, and the impact of cross-cultural adaptation factors, and on this basis, from the psychological adjustment and socio-cultural adaptation of two aspects of cross-cultural adaptation research in Korean Korean.This chapter in Korean Korean social networks and cross-cultural adaptation component.
