With the advancement of education reform and the implement of new curriculum standard, more and more educators feel the need to change the traditional teaching methods. New teaching patterns should be provided to arouse students’ learning initiative and cultivate students’ comprehensive ability. Therefore,question teaching method, whose aim is to help train students integrated ability, is highly regarded by educators. With this method, teachers can arouse the create students’ interest and improve the enthusiasm of the students’ studying politics by the creation of question situations and students can solve the questions by self-study, the cooperative learning between students or mutual communication between teachers and students, and then apply the knowledge to achieve the purpose of strengthening it. Under the trend of the new curriculum reform, and accompanied by changing the "rural high school education level", question teaching method in rural political lesson can be used as a breakthrough point to observe the implementation of new curriculum reform, and constantly improve the present teaching model.This paper mainly explores the implementation of question teaching method in rural high school political lessons. In this paper, the first part outlines question teaching method from the macro level and argued problem teaching method from it’s meaning and elements, and elements mainly include the theoretical basis of the question method and the principles in practical application. The second part analyzes the application of question teaching method in the rural high school political lessons from the micro-level, and the reasons causing the current situation. In this part, the author does a research on the implementation of question teaching method in Ruyang High School—a rural high school, and analyses the causes after the data analysis, which lays a foundation for putting forward the countermeasures. The third part, puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures in the implementation of question teaching method based on the theoretical analysis and practical investigation in the first and second part, especially to the students and teachers and schools involved in the question teaching method.
