In recent years, with the "micro-lesson" rush into the field of education in our country, more and more researchers began to apply this new way of teaching resources in their teaching practice, but the most widely used is the combination of flipped classroom teaching mode. But what teaching effect would be like if combine these two kinds of new things? It is worth to expect and validation.Based on the ideas above, in this research, the author try to use this kind of teaching mode, which combine micro-lesson and flipped classroom, to act on the LABs of our school’s junior students majored in education technology who selected this elective course——《the design and development of multimedia course ware》,to verify the intended effects and feasibility of this new teaching mode. In the beginning of the research, the author use her own experience combined with the suggestion of her tutor, by reading amounts of literature, designed the experimental teaching mode based on micro course, and design the corresponding experiment micro-lesson, to applied to the real experiment class. Through the experimental teaching, the teaching effects of the 《the design and development of multimedia course ware》 LABs has been obviously improved, embodied in the improvement of students’ learning autonomy and enthusiasm, the decrease of the experimental operation difficulty, the increasing innovative application of the result of the experiment, the further improvement of the students’ teaching design and collaborative learning ability. However, the process still exists many unexpected difficulties, such as the difficulty of the slow progress of the micro-lesson making, the difficulty of the design of the knowledge section, and the difficulty of motivating the students’ positivity of their autonomous learning, the difficulty of helping to solve the puzzling problems in class, and so on.This paper is divided into six chapters to do research in detail.The first chapter, the paper introduces the research background, research purpose and meaning, research contents, research methods and research ideas; The second chapter, the author has carried on the theoretical basis for research of the related studies, including the project of experiment teaching and experimental teaching mode, the application mode of micro-lesson and flipped classroom and other theoretical research and so on; The third chapter, designed the experimental teaching mode based on micro course, and drew the flow chart; The fourth chapter, design and develop the related micro teaching resources, carry out the teaching implementation and data analysis,experimental reflection and summary; The last chapter, the research summary and outlook.
