And the cloud environment provide the quality education cloud resources for students and teachers.So teachers can try a variety of teaching methods of teaching, teaching methods in order to enrich teachers and methods, students can from their own needs, choose their learning resources. A series of school education information restricting the development process in order to achieve a shared problem truly educational resources, greatly promote fair education, a fundamental solution to the lack of information education, educational resources, isolated, uneven distribution.Promoted application and development of information technology education effectively.In this study, literature review, for when the current state of our mental health education resources for analysis, using questionnaires and interviews to the current primary school" mental health education " course in the process of teaching and students analyze the problems, try to design information Environment of teachers and students in need of teaching and learning resources, and use these resources to explore new ways of teaching and students.At the same time, to improve the efficiency of teachers and students’learning efficiency and promote the mental health of students acquire the necessary knowledge.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter, the system of this paper describes the background to determine the contents of this paper as well as the design and application of clear objectives and significance of Hubei local curriculum transport resources. The fifth chapter summary and outlook, the paper summarizes research, analysis of some of the deficiencies in the study of this thesis and the prospect for later research.
