The Construction Of The Evaluation Index System Of Private Wushu Schools

Private martial arts school of China is a form of education developing rapidly, which adapt to the development of China’s national conditions and the policy of Reform and Opening-up after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. It has cultivated more and more talents of martial arts for the society making their own value reflected. Because of the blind to follow and cater for the development of market economy, the construction of the private martial arts school is not standard. They have no aims of founding school, lacking funds and appearing the phenomenon of collapse. The research literature and data about private martial arts schools has aroused since 2000.As a new thing, it is bound to go through all kinds of tests. Private martial arts school needs to face the challenge of students in the process of development as well as the private school. The schools will have no impetus for development if they are suffering from students shortage. How to make private martial arts schools develop healthily and positively should be perfected at all levels of the school building process. How to assess the conditions of the development of a private martial arts school and through which indicators to evaluate are the important contents for this article to study.This paper uses literature, questionnaire, field interviews, mathematical statistics, AHP, case analysis. Studying on the analysis of historical development and current situation are the prerequisites of private martial arts school, which are combined with some related research papers of literature review summarizing the main constituent elements of private martial arts school, and through surveys, statistical analysis to get the evaluation of a martial arts school indicators of all levels, then get the right levels of major indicators of small, finally to obtain a evaluation form which includes a complete evaluation of the development of private martial arts school.This study analyzes from six aspects, including the school size, faculty force, teaching and training facilities, educational achievement, logistics and government support. It combines evaluation of private primary and secondary schools to build research with development of martial arts schools own particularities to carry out the selection of indicators as a whole. The author selects the evaluation of development at all levels based on the opinions of experts widely. The result of research mainly calculates indicators and weights elected indicators including primary, secondary and tertiary indicators. The establishment of evaluation scoring sheet by case analysis is helpful to test the effectiveness of this scoring table. Through this table analysis of the development situation of the overall evaluation of private martial arts school, it gives constructive advice to help the martial arts school develop in a healthy and stable trend.
