China’s current school education is still confined to the traditional receptive learning teaching mode, focuses on the indirect experience acceptance and absorption, ignoring the direct experience of student activities. Especially the art curriculum emphasizes the accumulation of students in the process of learning experience and feelings, and the fine arts teaching of traditional often becomes a craftsman test skills training or meaningless mechanical knowledge, theory of piled into. Students do not feel the significance of learning in the learning process, not experience the happiness of learning. The activities of teaching as a kind of new education concept, emphasizing the activities to promote development, pay attention to the overall development of students. Apply it to in the teaching of art is to instill a discard past, memory, passive learning, is to re-examine the traditional fine arts art theory knowledge learning and passive mechanical training. But also on the knowledge transfer and ignore a psychological correction, thinking and emotional experience.In this paper, combined with the actual teaching practice according to the practice during the teaching case, through the collection, analysis of data, the design and implementation of suitable for junior high school art teaching activities, so as to stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve the fine arts classroom teaching effect. This paper is divided into four parts:The introduction part is under the background of new curriculum reform put forward the "activity teaching" to improve the fine arts classroom teaching effect, and the "activity teaching" of the domestic and foreign research present situation analysis. From "teaching", "the theory of activity teaching" implementation, each discipline activities, teaching art "activity teaching" and "middle school fine arts design-Application" in fields of activity teaching point of view summarized. And then determine the research ideas and methods of this paper.The first part is prerequisite to effectively carry out the activities of teaching was investigated and analyzed. From three aspects of students, School of existing teaching resources to understand the basic situation of the students, teaching materials, the "activities" in the design, according to the characteristics of classroom teaching resource selection and processing, on the basis of the survey results were analyzed carefully.The second part through the specific teaching case implementation process of activity teaching. The different teaching activities into the teaching design, the "activity teaching" teaching methods, teaching process, teaching content to provide a complete implementation plan.The third part is the evaluation of the implementation of "teaching" classroom effect. Analysis of three aspects of the teaching process of teaching, students learning, teachers.
