Many countries pay more attention to education, China also pay attention to the effect of teacher on education. Teaching style is a new research field, and teachers who have own teaching style can easily have the feeling of teaching happiness. Chinese special-class teachers are very important in the special-class teachers. Affected by education reform, our country begin to investigate teaching style in depth. Researching teaching style not only enriches faculty development but also makes primary Chinese teachers not confused to look for their unique teaching style.The research uses case study of qualitative research and chooses a special-class teacher who has unique teaching style and excellent teaching as the research object. The researcher collects abundant data through interview which last half a year, classroom observation and classroom activity analysis. The paper investigates the teaching style of L teacher, summarizes external and internal factors affecting the teaching style, and put forward revelations.For general teachers, they should be vigilant to teaching of empiricism and have the courage to make innovation in teaching. Also, they ought to make good use of their leisure time to learn, seriously prepare lessons and be willing to accept peer review. And teachers have a clear focus on teaching and do not not bring students heavy academic burden.For Chinese teachers, they can form professional learning communities with their like-minded colleagues together and accelerate professional development. Also, they can do more teaching reflection in teaching, promote growth and establish scientific awareness which is an inexhaustible source of teachers for self-developmentAs energy, time, capacity constraints of the author, there are still many deficiencies. The relevant theory of Chinese teaching style can not be understood thoroughly and the particularity of the case and universal values reflected by the case can not better binding,which need to be deeply investigated. The author will deeply research the teaching style and make it more complete and systematic.
