| Talents cultivation and employment problems is the focus and difficult problem at the period of social transformation. And the two are closely related. Form the perspective of promoting employment to analyze problems in talents cultivation of university, not only conducive to ease the employment pressure, but also conducive to improve and reform the mode of talents cultivation in university. At the same time, it has an important reference value for the further development of higher education.Around the topic that in order to promote the employment,S university should how to cultivate talents, used scientific research methods of literature, interview and investigation. After cleared the "employment"and "talents cultivation mode" and other core concepts, through the interviews understood’the status of different college’s talents cultivation form S University, and then summary the status of S University’s talents cultivation based on promotion of employment, such as the training objectives lacking of employment,the course structure with weight theory and light practice,the teacher team with low degree of social docking. Based on the analysis of the investigation, and according to the actual needs of the job market, put forward to solve the problem of talent cultivation countermeasures,such as clearing the training objects for employment, strengthen the docking degree between teacher and social.The author believes that the empirical analysis, explores the solution of talents cultivation measures has more realistic significance.This study has two points of innovation:first,form the object of study, using different college’s talents cultivation form S University as the starting point, summary the status of S University’s talents cultivation, based on the perspective of promoting employment,analysis of specific issues to explore specific measures that more targeted and feasibility.Secondly, from the research content point of view, using the degree of agreement between the quality of talents cultivation and social needs,contacting talents cultivation of university and social employment closely,which is favorable for perfection the existing research situation that putting focus on talents cultivation or employment. And to a certain extent, it will enrich the theoretical study of this topic. |
