Analysis Of The Cause Of The Formation Of "the College Lingering Group"

With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities and the talent market competition,college lingering gradually appeared in the public.From outside of college lingering itself, existing researches consider that high self requirement and own problems result in the appearance of college lingering,and college lingering group’s psychological accept ability is low, compressive ability is poor, college lingering group’s behavior is not rational behavior choice. Baseed on the Coleman rational choice theory,the writer not focus on the descriptive analysis of manifestation mode of the college lingering group,but focus on their individual behavior choice and then convert from micro to macro. By analyzing the reasons and behavior results of college lingering group,the author think that college lingering group behavior is based on rational choice involved in the behavior choice of college lingering group, and try to solve the problem they face.The author adopts the snowball way of non probability sampling and chooses 40 college lingering member as investigation object in guangxi university, guangxi university for nationalities, guangxi college of finance and economics college, who are used to be college lingering member or now are college lingering member during the period of 2012 to the end of 2014.The study obtain a depth interview data mainly by structured interview, unstructured interview as auxiliary.From May,2014 to November,2014,The author successively to interview respondents,get the survey data and arrange, research, analysis the survey data,and then get the results of the study of college lingering individual behavior. According to the research, first, the college lingering formation and implementation is the result of rational choice of the individual behavior,it happened after rational thinking; Second, individuals make choice after economic, behavior, environment, social expectation and self emotional social preference ordering; Third, the whole era background factors affects the behavior of the individual college lingering rational choice,and then turn individuals to macroscopic system, college lingering group behavior is individual, interests and the relationship between the resources, and behavior of individual rights, the relationship between the exchange...
