Under the big background of new curriculum reform, it has become urgently to change the traditional teaching ways. In this situation, how to put the new idea that change the position of teachers and students, let students become the true master in study into effect are the focus cases for every teaching staff. The promotion of China teaching reform, such as "Du langkou" 336 "teaching mode, Dong Lu middle school" teaching mode and Yang Si middle school teaching model improve the prevent teaching reform. In fact, the traditional teaching ways are still the main ways of prevent teaching, English teaching ignore the language information acquisition,and ignore the develop of thought. As the guiding learning plan is one of the most effective ways to make up the shortcomings, this pattern reflect the ideas of "guiding to promote learning","learning to promote teaching", "evaluation promote learning ",which highlight the students’ subject status, teachers’ guide position. In the existing research on guiding learning plan, the study of English teaching are relatively rare,thus, the author aims to study the guiding learning plan of middle school English teaching.This article aims to study whether the guiding learning plan could apply in the English class of middle school, whether it can improve education.The writer through the literature material method, research method, and questionnaire method to understand the guiding case related concepts and theoretical basis, including the interpretation theory, the guidance case application value, learning plan, implementation of the principles, processes and strategies; on the foundation of related theories, the writer carries on the exploration of the application of the learning case, including:the guiding case design conception, which put the general teaching design principles as the basic ideas, put learning theory as the guide direction, put maximum benefit as the ultimate goal; specific, hierarchical principles of guiding learning plan of junior middle school English; preparation process; institutional, interesting strategies and new class and review class two kinds of preparing case; the practical application of guiding learning including principles, implementation process and the strategies. Finally, in view of the problems that arise in the implementation, the writer proposed corresponding suggestions and strategies from the level of teachers, students level and the guiding case level to improve. For the teachers,they need to change the conception of teaching and enhance the guiding role of guidance; for the students,they need be actively encouraged to participate in and cooperate with each other; for the guiding case itself, it need to enrich the representation ways, to establish reasonable and effective evaluation methods.
