Imperial College is our country ancient government universities mainly taught Confucian classics, is one of the important education for national cultivate reserve bureaucratic institution.Northern song dynasty Imperial College as the main body of the central authority, the inside of the Imperial College management level is related to the Imperial College situation and education quality of teaching.With three times in the promotion of reform movement in the northern song dynasty, the imperial college internal management improvement, gradually towards standardization, institutionalization, the management experience of the current university’s internal management reform has important significance.
