With the integration of modern information technology and curriculum, the computer plays an important role in the field of education, but also has a great influence on mathematics education, including teaching strategies, teaching methods, teaching objectives and teaching purposes. Research topics of the multiple representation of gradually shift from cognitive psychology and pedagogy to subject education field, and research in the field of mathematics is gradually increasing, but little in the field of geometry proofs. In this paper, according to the geometric proof problems existing in the teaching, based on the cognitive load theoryand cognitive theory of multimedia learning, follow the six principles of multimedia teaching, including spatial proximity principle, temporal contiguity principle, the principle of consistency, the principle of the image, repeatability principle, individual difference principle,to construct some teaching modules of multiple representation in computer-aided geometric proof, multiple representation teaching module consists of three modules: text representation module(known conditions and verify the conclusion), graphical representation module(static diagram and dynamic graph) and prove representation module(proof trees and formal proof). In the empirical study, students’ cognitive load is measured in the learning process by geometric proof Likert "five-point" scale, the impact on student academic performance of geometrical proving is examined by pre-test and post-test questionnaires after using multiple representation teaching module, at the same time, in order to test the different knowledge experimental group of students like the extent of multiple representations by questionnaires and interviews. The research results show that: First, the teaching module of multi representations in computer aided geometric proof can reduce the cognitive load of the students;Second, the teaching module of multi representations in computer aided geometric proof can improve students’ learning achievement of geometry proof;Third, different knowledge experience students love to many kinds of form is different, the senior group and the intermediate students like most proof tree and formal proof, they can be skilled in finding and corresponding the corresponding knowledge, and the primary group of students is more like a dynamic graph.
