Martial arts in China traditional sports project occupies a pivotal position in the school sports. The martial arts courses are very helpful for national culture inheritance, carry forward the national spirit and a strong national physical fitness. But at present our country school martial arts teaching in the lack of innovation of teaching content, single, old teaching form and content have been unable to meet the needs of wushu teaching, urgently needs to improve and perfect the content of wushu teaching, stimulate students interest in martial arts.This research mainly through the literature material law, expert interview method, questionnaire investigation and logical analysis, the white city junior high school of the investigation of the status quo of the development of wushu teaching, discusses the wushu rank in introducing the necessity and feasibility of junior middle school in baicheng martial arts courses, puts forward the optimization strategy of wushu rank in the introduction of baicheng city junior high school, in order to offer reference to promote wushu rank in the campus. The results showed that:(1) Martial arts teaching in the class of the junior middle school in baicheng sports development situation is good, in the implementation and evaluation, teaching faculty construction, teaching facilities, students’ cognitive level are able to meet the rank in the introduction of martial arts teaching conditions, to rank in martial arts laid a solid foundation in the development and popularization of the school.(2) Of the junior middle school in baicheng sports class rank in the introduction of martial arts teaching middle school martial arts teaching content to the standard, to promote the middle school wushu education process, strengthen students’ physical health level and improve students’ ideological and moral level, promote the students’ lifelong learning martial arts has an important value.(3) Of the junior middle school in baicheng sports introduce wushu rank in class teaching is feasible. Mainly displays in: the country attaches great importance to the development of wushu, wushu rank in inside campus promotion, larger channel widely, for examination and assessment of wushu rank in wushu rank in period of low cost.To this, the author puts forward the following Suggestions:(1) To strengthen the construction of junior middle school in baicheng martial arts teachers, improve the martial arts teacher’s professional knowledge and competence. Through on-the-job training or study ways to consolidate and deepen the martial arts teachers’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills, to provide a teachers of martial arts teaching work.(2) Improve student interest in martial arts rank in learning, improve the rank in martial arts teaching organization form. Martial arts can be staged by rank in the game, to attract and drive more students groups involved in the martial arts rank in learning, to promote wushu rank in the long-term development of the school.(3) Increasing rank in martial arts in the school’s efforts in publicity and promotion. Through the cooperation with the competent department of education, the campus radio station, the school bulletin board, newspaper, network and so on a variety of channels to promote, for wushu rank in prosperous and thriving in school provide external conditions.(4) Improve the organizational form of teaching Wushu ranks system, through the establishment of school Wushu Club, martial arts club, martial arts association, the establishment has the characteristics of school-based curriculum, and lay the foundation for the organization of Wushu in school physical education to carry out in-depth.
