Since the new curriculum reform, school-based curriculum as a form of our tertiary curriculum management system, has always been an important part of the curriculum reform. And school-based curriculum development in schools gradually became popular. With the deepening of curriculum reform and curriculum studies, researches on school-based curriculum development are more and more wide. Study of existing school-based curriculum development practices, mostly describing " what the school-based curriculum developed ", while “how to develop, what the process is, “are less. Participating the school-based curriculum development in the U-A-S(University-Administration-School) collaboration project, provides the conditions to explore the school-based curriculum development process.This paper put the "Self-cultivation Reading" School-based curriculum development of L primary school as a case study, which is in the UAS collaboration projects of Northeast Normal University with Tiedong Bureau of Education in Anshan City. I take qualitative research paradigm, use the method of literature review, interviews, text analysis, observation to research the school-based curriculum development process. First of all, analyze the "Self-cultivation reading" SBCD entire process analyzed vertically. Then make horizontal analysis on the collaborative relationship of UAS and the role of the key figures. Finally conclude a school-based curriculum development model showed by "Self-cultivation reading" SBCD. The paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction. Firstly made analysis of the research context, defined the research question. Secondly established the research purpose, and selected appropriate research methods. Finally briefly discussed the implementation of this study.The second part sorts out the core concepts and related theories. In the literature review focused on curriculum development model were reviewed to form the theoretical basis of the study. Also the school-based curriculum development and research at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized, to find the starting point of the research.The third part narratives is process of “Self-cultivation Reading” school-based curriculum development. Including building the course title, curriculum designing process, as well as the implementation of the growth process in L-primary school.The fourth part is a summary of the school-based curriculum development model with the U-A-S collaboration. On the basic of the upper part, making an analysis on the collaborative relationship of U-A-S and the role of the key figures. Finally on the curriculum development process, methods and results, making a summary of the school-based curriculum development model with the U-A-S collaboration.
