Abstract/Summary:
Teachers are the important roles in new curriculum practice, in the face of elementary education curriculum reform, many teachers are in support of the scheme,but when implementing, there must be many teachers ignore, look on, hesitate,or avoid to reform, even wage a positive resistance from the attitude to the behavior. Teachers’ impedance In new curriculum practice has seriously affected the deepening of new curriculum reform.Therefore the research of teachers’ impedance in t new curriculum practice has important significance for promoting the further development of curriculum reform.Taking the problem of teachers’ impedance in new curriculum practice as the core issue, the research focused on the outside behavioral intention. Specific research contents include:Teachers’ current behavior situation of impedance; The influencing of teachers’ impedance; The strategy to weaken teacher’ impedance.The research consults related research documents at home and abroad on the basis,adopts methods of questionnaire as the main research methods, and combines with the interview method, the results are as following:In the aspect of teachers’ current behavior situation of impedance:Teachers’ impedance in new curriculum practice is common;In terms of individual teacher, teachers in new curriculum practice feel it is difficult to deal with some teaching challenges, teaching habits are stable, and educational teaching concepts are conservative; In terms of organizational culture, school organizational climate remains to be improved, the attitude of the parents and the school leader still need to improve, setting for the teachers’ role in the reform also exists certain deviation; In terms of security factors, material conditions are in shortage, training providing is not ideal, teachers have certain reform risk to participate in new curriculum practice.In the aspect of influencing factors of teachers’ impedance, the influencing factors of teachers’ impedance in new curriculum prctice can be divided into teachers’ individual factors, organization cultural factors and security factors. In terms of teachers’ individual factors, teachers’ response to the teaching challenges, teaching habits and teachers’ educational teaching ideas, in turn, affects the teachers’ impedance in different degrees; In terms of organization cultural factors, school organizational climate, teachers’ role setting and the attitude of the parents and school leaders, in turn, influences and restricts the teacher’ impedance behavior in different degrees; In terms of security factors, material support, reform risk and training, in turn, affects the behavior of the teachers’ impedance in different degrees.Aim at the influencing factors of teachers’ impedance, this paper proposes the strategy:Strengthen the development and utilization of local curriculum and school-based curriculum;Clear the teachers’ main body status in reformt; Continue to intensify the government educational expenditure, and the social from all walks of life to invest the cause of education, etc.
