Research Of Establishing Data Resource Sharing Platform In Ideological And Political Education For University Students

In the domestic ideological and political education field, some relevant social sciences research institutions have been carrying out a great deal of social research every year. However, those precious data is seldom available for the public. After supporting a couple of projects, they will be laid aside and neglect, which results in a waste of social resource. This paper explores a measure of establishing a data resource sharing platform, by which many valuable raw statistical data and social survey data can be shared in the ideological and political education field and be accessible for the public. Thus, for one thing, the utilization ratio of those data can be increased significantly, for another, statistics and analysis of different survey data can support comparative study in relevant fields.This paper is based on a comparative analysis case of ISSP and China Wisdom of CASS, proposing that data resource sharing platforms can be divided into two categories, in which one is centralized managed and processed sharing platform and another is a hierarchical system used for supporting service. Basing on the analysis of two platforms, this paper introduces the principle and plan designing of establishing data resource sharing platform in ideological and political education field. The core of the establishing principle is compatible and compromise, over-all planning and all-round consideration. In particular, it includes three aspects:combination of limited choices and iterated improvement; combination of open-ended and normalization; combination of public welfare and economic value of data resource. The design of platform is composed of four systems, i.e. data resource trading system, data resource standardization system, stereophonic data resource system and behavior rules system.
