On January 162008, The national development and Reform Commission officially approved the development planning of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, after that The Beibu Gulf economic zone formally incorporated into the national development strategy, so Guangxi has entered a new period of development. In order to adapt to the economic leap forward development of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone needs, the local government is in urgent need of high-quality, high quality skilled talents as a solid foundation for the development of the city. At the same time, the Beibu Gulf economic zone development and industrial structure adjustment puts forward new requirements on talent. Under the backgound,the higher education of Guangxi shouldered the important mission and responsibility of talent training, it was the inevitable choice to serve the regional economic development.
