| Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone which lies extreme southwest of China’s coastline is the key area of the development of Western China and the cooperation with ASEAN. To speed up its development, plenty of highly skilled talents are needed.Using the basic theories of human resources development and incentive theory as basis, taking the methods of literature research, survey research method and so on, this essay sums up the development status and problems of highly skilled talents in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, offering great insight into the problems, which include:enterprise operators haven’t pay enough attention to the development and usage of highly skilled talents; the developing mechanism relatively lags behind; the selection channel is single; incentive mechanism is defective; the occupational education training can’t meet the need of development and so on.As to these problems, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development of high skilled talents in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone:establish a correct concept of talents, further play the leading role of the government, enhance the selection and usage of highly skilled talents, establish and perfect and training system, evaluation mechanism, and incentive and guarantee mechanism, strengthen the development and cooperation of highly skilled talents among Nanning, Beihai, Qinzhou and Fangcheng, providing reference for government, enterprises and higher vocational colleges to speed up the development of skilled talents.The research is aimed at furthering the development of high skilled talents to promote the coordinated development of the economic and high skilled talents in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. |
