Whether it is from the development needs of the high school students, or from the nature of the role of work, the high school tutors are irreplaceable. With the promotion of quality education and the arrival of knowledge economy era, around the core problem of the tutor’s role, seeking for a solution to the high school tutor education confused, and thus provide more possibilities for the class work, so educating people to work more efficiently, so that the tutor get rid of hardship, I use literature analysis, interviews, observation, etc. X high school tutor role problems and causes, and put forward some suggestions and strategies to solve the problem, so the tutor can accurately locate their role, make them to be the professional tutor. Besides I wish I could provide a theoretical basis and reference for the educational administration.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction, including the proposed research questions, research purpose and significance, research ideas, research methods;The second part is about the role position of the high school tutor. On the basis of practice, the author proposed the high school tutor’s six basic role is to educate managers, study guides, students of equal interlocutor, psychological workers, family education instructor, and lifelong learners;The third part is about the problem and reason analysis of the X high school tutor role. The study found that the high school tutor role position is low, the high school tutor training is not enough, lack of innovation power, current education system restrictions which caused the tutor role is unclear, role conflict, occupational stress, job burnout and so on;The fourth part of class work to alleviate stress, accelerate tutor professional development, and select a competent and professional tutor;The fifth part of the study is a brief summary, it seems, specialization development, is the way of the future, and we should focus on the moral education of students with particular emphasis.
