The textbook is an important carrier of education activities, not only contains the complete knowledge system, but also reflects the difference between different education idea, the will of the state, is the basic element of the education. The middle school as a person from childhood to youth transition stage, is extremely important for forming their outlook on life, world outlook, values; and these contents, many from their teachers for teaching materials to explain. High school textbook plays a vital role in the whole education; historical knowledge, historical view, the secondary phase of the study also plays a crucial role. How to understand the value of middle school history textbook, to explore the deep-seated social influence it contained, has always been an important topic in academic research.After the promulgation and implementation of new educational system in late Qing Dynasty, the history of the world as an important course in middle school has been established. Middle school world history textbooks is produced in the "history revolution" and the enactment of the new system under the background of the implementation of. On the compilation of world history textbook of middle school in the late Qing Dynasty and the new system, the existence of translation and the preparation of the two main way, from government departments to publishers to experts and scholars, are involved in this process, in the years 1903-1911 years has produced dozens of middle school world history textbooks, far-reaching the influence on the world history teaching in middle school. The publication and use of it can reflect the actual situation of the whole society teaching of middle school world history textbook publishing and middle school world history development.
