Class Management Of Primary School

The formation of personality of students involves the society, families, schools and other factors, of which class plays a very important role in the formation of the students’ personality, especially in the stage of primary school. Class management quality is directly related to the quality of school education, teaching and students’value. What is the status of the current class management of primary school? What are the problems? What are the reasons for these problems? On the basis of previous studies, combined the eight-year experience as class manager, this paper attempts to solve these problems and issues and proposes suggestions on the class management of primary school.Based on the above ideas, this paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction. It introduces the research purpose and the significance of the research, analysis the present research situation on class management of primary school. Based on the problem analysis on class management of primary school, this part develops research ideas and methods ultimately.The second part mainly clarifies the contents, functions and features of classroom management.The third part points out the problems of the class management of primary school.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the problems of the class management of primary school.The fifth part gives the suggestion on how to further strengthen the class management of primary school based on several years work as class manager, and proposes that only family, school, and society work closely should make the healthy growth of students.
