Study On Sports Management In Vacation Of Hefei Primary School Students

Based on the sports management situation in vacation of Hefei primary school students, this study employs research methods such as referring to document literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. It makes research on the situation, analyses the relevant factors that influence the circumstance, and seek the feasible approaches to the existing problems in the present management, trying to put forward a set of sports management model for the primary school students in vocational period and to provide theoretical reference for building up pupils’health.The research results include:1. the pupils’ sports attending in vacation keeps on the average frequency. The average time lasts short, and the number of participants is quite a few; on the whole, the schoolboys outnumber schoolgirls in quantity and frequency. The students in grade 4 hold the highest frequency in doing sports 4 times a week, followed by that of grade 5, with grade 6 lagging far behind the former two.2. There are two kinds of sports form when pupils doing exercises:one is with parents, which takes up 45.8% of the survey, and the other is with schoolmates, which accounts for 33.5%. The preference choices for pupils are badminton, basketball, soccer, and jogging for schoolboys, and badminton, rope skipping, kicking shuttlecock, and jogging for schoolgirls.3. Through observing the sports management’s situation in Hefei, we can see that there exist drawbacks which feature lack of awareness and insufficient emphasis.4. The reason why no management in family for doing sports in vacation is that parents lack the knowledge on vocational sports, which is related to their educational level and economic income.5. The difficulties for constructing the management model for pupils’exercises in vacation lie in the absence of responsibility in enhancing pupil’s physical fitness because the school, community, and family all have the shortcomings in the management process which requires the absolute relevance among the three sides.6. Analyzed from the perspectives of motivating factors, constructing conditions, and the practical logics, the community sports clubs can join forces from establishing the stable relations among school, community and family, thus forming an integrated model of the three sides.According to the management situation above, here are some suggestions:1. Improve the administrative system; 2. Open up school site resources; 3. Launch community sports activities; 4. Strengthen the publications on parents; 5. Launch pointed sports for pupils in vacation.As the lasting period for the school sports, it can improve students’ health and nurture their interest in sports to manage the pupils exercises in vacation through uniting school, community and family. Based on the questionnaire, the study learns more about the management situation, analyzes the related factors and the correspondent solutions.
