When China is undergoing a period of social transformation, moral conflict becomes more prominent in the background of social transformation. Since the college expansion which is beginning at 1999, the total students of college are increasing. As the future constructers of China, college students’ physical and mental development level and status is closely related with the development of the whole society. College students’ moral conflict is common and has a growing trend, which puts forward a new task to the moral education workers.There are positive effects on moral conflict. As an objective existing, Moral conflict should not and cannot be completely eliminated. Moral conflict is the performance of individual conscience. Proper moral conflict promotes the growth of individual inner, and enhances the moral personality. At present, college students’ moral conflict is over, which should be controlled in a reasonable range through alleviation.This dissertation mainly applies questionnaire survey to know the research needs of college students’ moral conflicts; using the interview method and observation method to investigate the specific content of college students’ moral conflict;applying literature method and theoretical analysis to analysis the reasons of college students’ moral conflict and education mitigation strategy. There are four reasons: the dominant curriculum, teaching means, teaching content and no direct lead to college students’ moral conflict, no complete help mechanism in the colleges; the effects of social transformation, no perfect social security system; the negative message from family life is too much and parents cannot lead children to alleviate conflict powerfully; the inadequate of individual moral psychological endurance.Through the education way to alleviate college students’ moral anxiety is one of effective methods. Education workers should have a correct attitude towards the moral conflict, namely moral conflict "more" and "less" all needs to improve. As the backbone of the moral education, Schools should increase the content of moralphilosophy and the proportion of psychology knowledge, by the way of dialogue and guide.
