The information society attaches great importance to the cultivation of students’ thinking ability and innovation ability, our elementary education is also undergoing significant change, by instilling the importance of knowledge in the direction of promoting students’ thinking skills and the ability to develop innovative changes. In the relationship between knowledge transmission and the developing thinking, development thinking is the first. School education in the role of fostering the development of students’ thinking becomes more and more important. Without education and cultivation, the thinking ability is in low-level, development is not obvious, thus effective development of thinking ability must go through special education and training.This paper combines the information technology and the subject teaching characteristic, referring resources of some domestic and foreign researches thinking of classroom teaching, making inquiry and practice to the model and method of primary school information technology course of in thinking classroom. In the interpretation of the relevant theories of thinking classroom, analyzing the feasibility and necessity of the application of thinking in classroom teaching of information technology in the primary school, summarizing the basic teaching mode of thinking classroom, respectively using two specific instructional design in the third grade and the sixth grade of information technology in primary school as an example, preliminary attempts to apply thinking classroom in information technology teaching of primary school, experiencing the active role of thinking classroom, by improving information literacy, promoting the development of students’thinking, cultivating students’ quality of thinking, providing some references to further promote thinking classroom of information technology in primary school.The full paper is divided into five parts:The first part, Introduction. Introduces the background of the topic, the research purpose, the significance of the paper and research methods.The second part, The core concept definition and theoretical basis. Defines the concept of Information Literacy, Thinking, Thinking Classroom, Thinking quality and the related theories of the thinking classroom were explained..The third part, Analysis and strategy of the current situation of the mode of thinking classroom teaching. Analysis the theories to support thinking classroom in domestic and abroad, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of application of the thinking classroom in primary school information technology.The fourth part, Research and practice of thinking classroom in primary school information technology instruction. From the research object, content, and the teaching case design and analysis, the thinking classroom teaching mode is applied to the primary school information technology classroom and teaching practice.The fifth part, Conclusions and implications. Summarizes the results of the application of information technology thinking classroom and the research findings of this article, reflecting the shortcomings in the research process.
