Since the 90 ’s began to enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in our country, the number of graduates every year a record high, grown from 2001 in 1.14 million to 2014 in 7.27 million,2015 college graduates is expected to reach 7.49 million people, and hit a record high, the employment problem is imminent. In order to solve the employment problem of our country government adopted many measures, including promoting entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities is undoubtedly one of the ways to solve the employment problem. In the national entrepreneurship upsurge, college students as the main force, the government as a provider of public goods, should transform its function structure, from ruling type government to service-oriented government, all-round government to limited government, the government arranged package style to change, the coordination of the whole society from all walks of life to join together to it. Nanning as western underdeveloped city, college students’ entrepreneurship rate is below the national average, in order to promote the regional economic development, Nanning government need to reposition the role in college students’ entrepreneurship, increase the rate of college students’ entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship to stimulate employment in the region.
