Case teaching is a new teaching form conform to the new curriculum reform, which is the need for education reform of change the remote rural areas’ educational condition. The use of case study teaching in the development area has achieved good results, but in the rural areas of Mongolia families with relatively small, and still in the exploration of the process. So high school chemistry teachers in Mongolia nationality area lack of plan research, lack of comprehensive understanding, and little utilization, just very the research methods in this context is lack of scientific. This paper we mainly challenge the traditional chemical classroom teaching, according to the problems that, in Mongolian high school, Mongolian instructional resources and reference materials were very little, and advocated the use of teaching under the new curriculum idea. And written the learning case which suitable for students in Mongolia nationality area. It should be used in teaching, truly reflects the original meaning of chemistry learning new concept of the curriculum. Case study prepared for some reference in national regions.In this paper, through the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, case study, interviews, teaching experiment research, studied the present condition of senior high school chemistry teaching in Mongolia remote areas, theoretical basis of carrying out the significance and the case study learning plan teaching in Mongolia remote rural areas; analysis the particularity of the case study teaching in Mongolia minority senior high school chemistry teaching; the implementation process through the concrete teaching practice to study the learning plan teaching. In the case study prepared on chemical resources of development of local Mongolia nationality area, introduced the Mongolia Nationality Diet Culture Resources in the experimental subject chemical experimental safety filtration and evaporation “case”, the subject of silica and silicate “case” focus on the development of Mongolia ethnic costumes culture resources in life; summary on the experiences and learning plan teaching in Mongolia minority in senior high school chemistry teaching, the teaching practice for a semester of study. Using cyclic groups of experiments the author work of the school grade 2013, which is the first grade of teaching, carried on the analysis to the practice before and after the academic performance of students, and the students’ learning ability, learning attitude, the use of extra-curricular learning resources and teaching of Mongolian teaching case used the cognitive aspects of questionnaire survey and interview to study plan; the preparation of proposals, the use of plan proposals and learning plan teaching effect in classroom experience and other aspects of the interview to the teacher.Research shows that: the case study teaching compared with traditional teaching has many advantages, the biggest advantage of this mode of education is to make students active, and gradually cultivate the students’ independent learning ability. At the same time, create the appropriate teaching and learning environment for students, arouse students’ learning interest and enthusiasm in learning, fully reflect the students’ subject status, causes the student to obtain knowledge through active learning. To cultivate talents who meet the requirements of the times, to adapt to the demands of teaching reform of classroom education.
