Writing is not only an important complement in Chinese curriculum and Chinese teaching, but also a real reflection of one’s Chinese accomplishment. Each era has made great efforts in the area of efficient expressions. There are mainly three urgent questions in present primary school’s writing teaching :The first one is the lack of children’s perspectives in writing teaching. In writing teaching, we pay no attention to the learning subject “children”. Furthermore, we cannot respect and express children’s experience properly. The second one is that the present writing teaching lacks of specific curriculum and teaching sequence. Because of the lack of specific curriculum, present writing teaching becomes out of order. The writing teaching is supposed to go forward one by one like a ladder. However, today’s writing teaching belongs to reading teaching, which shows the reading-oriented teaching view. The third one is that teachers and students are all scared of writing. On one hand, students are afraid of writing in their mind. They cannot improve in torturing drilling. On the other hand, teachers persist in their old teaching thinking. They guide the teaching under the common thinking or adults’ thinking. So students become a group who are saying the common language and watching the world in the same way. The whole teaching process is filled with children’s fake personal expressions. Therefore, new era needs the breakthrough and innovations of writing teaching.According to the current research on writing teaching, there is one shortcoming that we lack a deep and systematic carding about the predecessor’s researches. Based on this, this research struggles to provide new materials and solutions for Chinese writing teaching, through watching prospects of the Chinese writing teaching in the republic of China and recognizing the predecessor’s experience and wisdom.Through sorting out and carding the relative documents of the Republic of China’s writing teaching, with the guidance of logic analysis, this study is showing us a deep understanding of the writing teaching in the Republic of China by referring to that time’s teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching subjects and teaching beliefs. Under the guidance of the predecessor’s thoughts and tracks, we can trully and exactly catch the dynamic pulse of the writing teaching in the Republic of China’s primary schools. And we can also solve the deep problems of writing teaching. After exploring the writing teaching in the Republic of China’s primary schools, we can get the following enlightenments:First, the writing teaching of the Republic of China is clinging to children-focused view and highlighting humanities accomplishment of Chineseeducation. The writing lessons are connected with children’s life and emphasize the way that children seek the world by words and that children should build the relationship between their senses and the nature.Second, the Republic of China advocates civilized writing teaching to advance writing teaching with sequence, rules and standards. Besides, to design different aims for different classes orderly is essential as well.Third, writing teaching should reproduce teachers’ innocence and wake up children’s sleeping potential. The writing teaching of the Republic of China’s primary schools is penetrating children’s perspective through all its way and allowing children’s particular words. Under that teaching atmosphere, teachers reproduce their innocence and cultivate children’s innocence with their own.Last but not least, study on the writing teaching in the Republic of China collects many authorities and accumulates rich resources about curriculum and teaching.Besides, it also primarily builds a proper framework of Chinese curriculum.Nowadays, Our Chinese curriculum reform should continue this trend.
