Until today in development of society need to moral education in colleges and universities to realize its social value, not only to achieve its individual value, focus on the development of the individual. On the other hand, moral education in colleges and universities of our country in practice often with strong instrumental color, lay particular stress on the social value of moral education, moral education as a period of political economy along, weaken the own existence of moral education, therefore, in the aspect of the cultivation of people with the object, passive, adaptive tendency. Instrumental tendency of moral education in colleges and universities is the result of the moral education effectiveness is poorer, originally aimed at individual moral and psychological education has wandered the "no man’s land", one of the important reasons of the predicament is no moral education in colleges and universities well realize the all-round development of individuals.
