| With the development of social economy and the psychology of preschool teachers’ career, evaluation index of school and society gradually by the external performance to the inner experience, between preschool teachers and kindergarten psychological contract not only affect the long-term development of the kindergarten, will directly affect the child’s physical and mental health, and it was as a child care teacher lifelong achievement the foundation and potential beacon. Psychological contract is the mutual expectation between individuals and organizations,is whether the organization has met the expectations of whether individual and individual to meet the organization’s needs. This study based on the author’s 150 preschool teachers training project of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region national backbone preschool teachers as the research object, between preschool teachers and kindergarten characteristics in the specification, the development of liability and responsibility on the liability and the relationship between interpersonal.The research adopts "preschool teachers’ psychological contract questionnaire" the questionnaire survey was conducted, followed by t test,variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis and other methods on the recovery of in-depth research, and then study the difference of preschool teachers with different gender, different age,different education in responsibility, specification of the kindergarten development responsibility and interpersonal responsibility psychological contract, psychological contract between teachers and the kindergarten and kindergarten are discussed. The results are as follows:1.In preschool teachers’ responsibility in the questionnaire of preschool teachers, normative responsibility dimensions exist significantdifferences in gender, the development dimension of the responsibility and interpersonal dimension of the responsibility does not exist significant differences in gender. In the kindergarten responsibility questionnaire normative responsibility, responsibility and development of interpersonal responsibility dimensions exist gender difference.2.In the kindergarten and preschool teachers’ responsibility questionnaire,normative responsibility, responsibility and development of interpersonal responsibility in age are not significant differences. But in different age groups, the psychological contract of preschool teachers have difference, but not obvious.3.Preschool teachers responsibility questionnaire, kindergarten teachers in kindergarten psychological contract does not exist significant differences in the age of orchard on. But along with the age of orchard rise, can see a certain trend.4.In the last degree of kindergarten teachers, kindergarten three dimensions of responsibility questionnaire in the normative responsibility,responsibility, development of interpersonal responsibility, in the last degree exist significant differences, of which there are very significant differences in the last degree on the development dimension of the responsibility; Responsibility Questionnaire in preschool teachers,preschool teachers responsibility norms dimension there are significant differences in the final qualification responsibility of preschool teacher development and interpersonal dimension of the responsibility does not exist significant differences.5.The six dimensions of psychological contract of preschool teachers do not exist significant differences in preschool teachers’ professional titles.6.In the kindergarten responsibility questionnaire, normative responsibility and responsibility has significant difference in the development of the kindergarten preschool teachers’ monthly income, of which there are very significant differences in kindergarten responsibilitynorms dimension, interpersonal responsibility in preschool teachers’ monthly income does not exist significant differences in. In preschool teachers’ responsibility in the questionnaire, the responsibility of preschool teacher development has significant difference in the monthly income on preschool teachers, preschool teachers responsibility norms and interpersonal responsibility does not exist significant differences in preschool teachers’ income.7.In the kindergarten responsibility questionnaire, normative responsibility the development of interpersonal responsibility and liability sum kindergarten dimensions exist significant differences in the kindergarten type, in preschool teachers’ responsibility in the questionnaire of preschool teachers normative responsibility and development of interpersonal responsibility does not exist significant differences in the types of kindergartens.8.In the kindergarten responsibility questionnaire, interpersonal responsibility dimensions exist significant differences in kindergarten grade, specification and development of the kindergarten responsibility does not exist significant differences in the kindergarten level; in preschool teachers’ responsibility questionnaire preschool teachers responsibility and responsibility, and regulate the development of children of preschool teachers interpersonal responsibility does not exist significant differences in dimensions the kindergarten level.9.The responsibility questionnaire in kindergarten, kindergarten and kindergarten sum of normative responsibility dimensions exist significant differences in preschool teachers’ labor type, dimensions and kindergarten development responsibility of interpersonal responsibility for degrees in preschool teachers’ labor type does not exist significant differences; in preschool teachers’ responsibility questionnaire, preschool teachers’ responsibility, responsibility and interpersonal development specification dimension of the responsibility does not exist significant differences in preschool teachers’ labor type.10.In the kindergarten responsibility questionnaire, interpersonal responsibility dimensions exist significant differences in marital status of preschool teachers kindergarten responsibility norms and development responsibility there is no significant difference in the marital status of preschool teachers; in preschool teachers’ responsibility questionnaire,preschool teachers specification responsibility and development of interpersonal responsibility does not exist significant differences in dimensions marital status of preschool teachers on.In this paper, based on the research results, understand the current situation to the current the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region preschool teachers’ psychological contract, put forward six proposals to improve the current situation of psychological contract of preschool teachers from the two aspects of the kindergarten and preschool teacher. |
