Research On Human-based Teaching Management In Multi-campus University

Firstly, from human nature, human needs and human development, the paper discusses the necessity of the human-based teaching management in multi-campus university in the perspective of public management. It analyzes the functions, features, elements and objectives of human-based teaching management, and puts forward the basic content of human-based teaching management in multi-campus university based on the relevant literature and the practice of teaching management. Then the paper designes a questionnaire by using the relevant research results, combining with in-depth interview of management experts with rich theoretical and practical experience. We can get the present situation of human-based teaching management in multi-campus universities, and explore the existing problems, then analyze its causes further.
