In this paper,Present Situation of School Physical Education for research,primary and secondary schools in Physical Education,Hubei Province,faculty,space equipment,the degree of emphasis on leadership,extracurricular activities,students understand the degree for the study,to explore the present stage of social development elementary physical education and management features,insufficient and Development Strategies for Physical Education in Hubei Province to explore a more effective management of primary and secondary education to achieve the goal of education quality management paradigm to give full play to the functions of administrative departments,to better promote primary and secondary schools achieve physical education goals.In this paper,stratified sampling method in Hubei 30 primary and secondary schools administrators,teachers and students for the survey,using literature hair,questionnaire and mathematical statistics and so on statistics and analysis of the survey results.From elementary school physical education,teachers, site equipment,the degree of emphasis on leadership, extracurricular activities,student awareness of the other parts of the start of the systematic study of physical education,students expect to find in sport and physical education with the current understanding of the existence of differences general questions,as well as the presence of school sports.Conclusion:school physical education commenced hundred percent,most primary schools three physical education per week,most junior opened two physical education per week,generally inadequate 、 High schools are now offering two weekly physical education、physical education content imperfect structure,excessive bias in the three ball and track and field equipment requirements for smaller sports、Extracurricular physical exercise less time,most schools lack three hours per week of physical exercise,severe shortening,failed to meet the requirements of the exercise one hour a day、PE teacher workload generally too large,the amount of hours per week of physical education teachers most concentrated in Section 15-20、Student awareness of the sport generally high,most of the students said they liked physical education、Part of the school physical education equipment lack of space,rural schools and normal schools more serious.
