Vocational education in Australian is concerned by many other countries for its particular mode of skill training. Australia cultivated high-skilled talents which meet the demands of the country, that closely connected with the role of the Australian vocational education Group Training. Australian vocational education Group Training improves the quality of vocational education through the establishment of the combination of theory and practice skills training model. It is proved that the Australian vocational education Group Training has the vital significance for the vocational education and economic development.Though the analysis of the the historical development, members of vocational education Group Training and so on, this thesis expounds how the main body of Australian vocational education Group Training participate in it and summarizes the participation mechanism. The body of vocational education Group Training mainly includes the government, enterprise, society, industry and school. Finally, it puts forward the characteristics of Australian vocational education Group Training, and briefly analyzes the running effectiveness.I divide my paper into the following elements:The first part is an introduction. It focuses on the origin of the problem,and some studies contemporary scholars of vocational education alliance,and explain my research methods and research questions, The paper also introduct the definition of related concepts.The second part is the background of the introduction of vocational education alliance development and its history. My introduction is from the country’s economic and political demands. It focuses on the Second World War the Australian economy and labor changes, And changes in government policies to make vocational education, Then we can understand the development background of Australian Vocational Education Alliance clearly.The third part is the development and changes in vocational education alliance members. Vocational Education Alliance members from the original single, then it contains Multi members. Involved in the transition from a relatively simple members involved in more complex multivariate members.The fourth part is the Australian Industry Alliance Training Services Case, Specifically describe the role of the government, industry, businesses and schools at the time of participation in the alliance played.Part V summarizes the characteristics and effectiveness alliance members to participate in the process of coalition operations.
