Under the background of the further practice about education idea, performing the curriculum reform in an all-round way and the basic education reform, How to take the student as the main body, make teachers in a dominating position, guarantee the effect of junior middle school ideological and political lesson, implement the education fair idea, the author thinks that paying attention to “marginal man ” in junior middle school ideological and political class and making their negative behavior transformed, not only admit the individual differences between students, but also stimulate students’ potential ability, improve students’ self-confidence, set up the correct studying motive, perfect the personality quality, and eventually promote the all-around development of students.In this paper, through questionnaire investigation, interview method, case study method, the author investigate and evaluate the current problem of “marginal man ” in junior middle ideological and political teaching in classroom, and find that the result is not satisfactory. The lack of self-awareness, the ignorant of “marginal man ”in classroom by teacher, make problem increasingly serious. On the basis of empirical re- search, the paper combine with the characteristics of adolescent physical and mental development, from the society, school, family, and students themselves respectively, analyse the cause of “marginal man ” problem, and the role which every aspect plays in the formation of the “marginal man ”, especially the key factor of teacher’s expectation effect. On the transformation strategy, the author promote four aspect of transformation measures respectively from adjusting value ideas, teachers’ role changing, reasonable allocation of teaching resource and parents’ cooperation.The problem analysis in junior middle school political and ideological education “marginal mam” is based on person’s full scale development theory, the theory of multiple intelligences, Rosenthal effect and humanism teaching view and other theories. The paper is of great significance in theory and the process of practical application, Which not only embodies the aim of quality education, provides theoretical basis for quality education, also provides reference for the promotion of fair idea in education and all-round development of students. In class teaching it also provide a new research idea to overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching of junior middle school political class, and improve the teaching effectiveness for the development of subject itself.In this paper, the author hope that the junior middle school ideological and political education’ effectiveness study could be enriched, explore the effective path to take off marginal character of “marginal man” in the junior middle school ideological and political education; and effectively promote the enthusiasm of junior middle school students to participate in classroom interaction, improve the learning efficiency, focus on the "marginal man” in class teaching, respect individual differences, and to promote the education fair idea and provide practical references for the promotion of education fair idea and the development of the new curriculum reform.
