How to strengthen moral education, improve the quality and efficiency of moral education? This need according to the characteristics of vocational school students and psychological needs, and constantly enrich the teaching content, methods of moral education innovation of moral education teaching mode, the teaching content boring into a specific emotion, attitude, values permeate moral education subject between the lines, let the student obtain the process of emotional experience, and generate ideas and beliefs. At present, the secondary vocational school teaching conditions than previously has big improvement, allows us to use modern educational technology for students to feel the specific emotional experience, through the use of video to feel the feelings of students knowledge, the boring teaching content teaching materials supplemented by fresh vivid and intuitive examples to show to the students. It can not only attract the student’s interests, can the students bring to the concrete reality, let the students really experience to the classroom to his emotional impact.The author tries to use professional knowledge, based on learning from the research results of domestic and foreign researchers, with the technical school of Heyuan, Heyuan polytechnic school 2 secondary vocational school as the research object, using the analysis methods such as literature, investigation, induction, on video of the carrier of education function and significance in the education of secondary vocational school in Germany, analysis the existence of the carrier and the method of moving the present moral education in Vocational emotional education in the problems and shortcomings, and put forward some countermeasures. The purpose of this paper is to better the video carrier this movement to the moral education course and affective education, promote moral education teaching quality and efficiency, to provide support and power powerful protection for promoting students’personality development and overall development.This study is divided into three levels of discussion. First of all, starting from the analysis of educational background, theoretical background of the study, the analysis of the relationship between video and emotional education, explore the video for emotional education significance, provides the theory basis for the construction of effective method of exploring effective ways to carry out the emotional education, mode. Secondly, the video using the existing problems and the causes of in-depth analysis and study of moral education in Secondary Vocational School of emotional education, provide a realistic basis for the construction of effective method of exploring effective ways to carry out the emotional education;. Again, the analysis in view of the existing problems, put forward some countermeasures to help educators, moral education in secondary vocational schools combine teaching for creative practice, methods and innovation in the practice of using video and rich moral education teaching method, so as to improve the quality of education and teaching of moral education course.The research results show that the moral education of school teachers in secondary vocational schools generally pay attention to the video used in the emotional education, but there are still many problems and shortcomings in the application. These problems are:there is a certain gap between the ideological cognition; video content selection lack pertinence; teaching methods lack of flexibility and innovation; the use of video has certain capriciousness; video resources construction problems. Aiming at these problems, this study suggested: first, deepen the understanding of the use of video teaching; second, the choice has the aim at video teaching content; third, enhancement method of video teaching mode flexibility and innovation; fourth, strengthen teacher video teaching skills training; fifth, strengthen the construction of video resource database.
