Human interaction has existed a long time in China, it is an essential constituent elements of common people’s social life. With China steps in the global and modernization process, social structure has undergone a remarkable transformation, while the human consumption in rural areas presented generalized sign. Now for human consumption, most people in villages take a “love—hate” attitude. Based on the empirical observation of this phenomenon, so the writer raises the rhetorical question——on earth whether the human consumption that people take a “love—hate” attitude in today’s time is the real-meaning human consumption? The question as the original intention to write this article, the study throughout the article has been response to this proposition.To solve this problem, we must clearly define two objects: first is what form is today’s “human” consumption, the second is which form is the real-meaning human consumption. The writer thinks it should be judged by its subject——the common people, we know that people don’t hate human consumption in the past, but now “love and hate”. So we have to ask what is the “love” and what is the “hate”, and whether or not the "love" now and the former “no hate” of human consumption is exactly the same? Whether the “hate” now is the evolution of the former “no hate” of human consumption? From the experienced point of view, we can say that the human consumption has its own characteristics in every history stage: before the social transition stage, people were “no hate” with regard to human consumption, so we can believe that was the truly human consumption of that era; but now in the transition current stage, people are “love and hate” to “human” consumption, then we can think what people “love” is the real-meaning human consumption, and that “hate” is untruly human consumption. Based on this, the writer constructed three symbols concept: A′ represents human consumption before transition, and it is also true fact of human consumption of the era; A represents the real-meaning human consumption of current stage; A+ represents the current “human” consumption, which A′ and A+ is the dominant social representation, and A is hidden under the A+ connotation image. So on the surface the article reads as main thread how A′ changes to A+, but the use of middle variable A is needed to reach the ultimate result, therefore the logical venation of this article is to prove how A′ changes to A, and how A becomes to A+ by two groups comparison of the three variables. Through the above mentioned analysis we can respond to the theme of this article——how the form of human consumption changes in rural folk between the social transformation period.In this paper, the historical stage of social transformation is the research background, the global modernization theory is the research perspective, field research is the method of data collection, while data description and theoretical interpretation are the analysis demonstration tools, the J village in Hebei Province is the survey site, trying to analyze and solve the social phenomenon in rural China staged between the transformation special period. Based on the concept of “human interaction” and “human consumption” were defined in the article, the different morphologies of “human consumption” in J Village are taken on through data analysis, that is A′ which presents human consumption in preliminary stage of social transformation, and A+ that presents “human consumption” in current period of transition process. Combined with interviews materials, the writer put forward clearly the symbol A′ and A, those are two historical morphologies of real-meaning human consumption in rural area, in virtue of “purified” character from theoretical level. Then the writer carry on analyze and compare the three morphologies of human consumption A′、 A、A+ from four dimensions: scope、extent、function and purpose, employ four pairs of conceptual category which are “purified—generalized”, “moderate—excessive”, “applicable —practical”, “survival—developed” to describe the corresponding form, the results are as follows: A′——human consumption before transition previous, purified, moderate, applicable and survival; A——current human consumption, purified, moderate, between applicable and practical, developed; A+——the current “human” consumption, generalized, excessive, practical and developed. The process from A′ change to A is the transition stage of human consumption, what changes is its morphological representation, and that unchanged is its core elements; while the process from A change to A+ is generalizing course of human consumption, its core elements have changed, meanwhile its appearances also changed. Based on that we can draw the conclusion of this article——The general conclusion: what people “love” is a purified human consumption in current rural folk society, while that people “hate” is a generalized human consumption; take as a whole, that people take a “love—hate” attitude is not the real-meaning human consumption;The first partial conclusion: the changing process of human consumption morphology is the objective product of social transformation, whether it is the real-meaning human consumption transition(from A′ to A), or “human” consumption generalized(from A to A+), these are due to grand change of social structure which is the circumstance for human interaction existing;The second partial conclusion: what changes is only its external form not its internal elements of human consumption between social transformation period. This refers to the real-meaning purified human consumption, from A′ changes to A, purified and moderate are the common characters of both, while the characters of “applicable —practical” and “survival—developed” are the differences. A′ and A is different morphology forms of human consumption in different historical periods, its external appearance would be effected and changed by the time symbol’s update, but what have not be shaken is the internal core elements——the compatibility motive of human consumption behavior;The third partial conclusion: The current social problem of generalized “human consumption” is only a periodical social existence, here refers to the generalized phenomenon from A to A+. Generalization problem is a “morbid focus” that human consumption reply to social transformation, either the “morbid focus” adjust the social environment turning healthy or it would be removed to disappear, it does not always exist.Based on the “love and hate” attitude of the people toward the current consumption in human interaction, the writer think we should draw on social forces to maintain people’s “love” for purified human consumption, and constraint the “hate” for generalized human consumption. We can take measures from the following three agents: weak the dependence of human consumption towards power from the national level, breed platform for developed-cooperation behaviors from social level, as well as strengthen the loyalty of human consumption towards inner essential emotion from the individual level. All parties work together to strive tearing fictitious face of consumption in human interaction, restore its inherent face without makeup to rural folk.
