| Textbooks are the carrier of curriculum teaching, it builds a bridge for teachers and students, Textbooks are not only the main source for students to construct basic knowledge, but also the implementation for teachers to educate students. In addition, the textbook editing also contains new curriculum objectives and philosophy. Thus, the mathematics textbook compiling quality is not only related to the mathematical knowledge inheritance, also have a direct impact on the success of the curriculum reform.Hunan province began in the autumn of2013 the use in 2013 the people’s education press "compulsory education mathematics textbook"(the new textbooks), because of the new textbook is just a trial period of one year, quite a few teachers didn’t really appreciate the significance of the changes of the new textbook, therefore it also gives teachers to use the new textbook brings a lot of problems. In this paper,the content of the textbook from the textbook content,presentation, textbook exercise three aspects to carry on the comparative study of old and new mathematics textbook, hand trying to deepen the understanding of the new textbook from the level of theory, on the other hand, aims to solve the problem of teachers textbook concern from the aspect of practice.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.
