According to “Opinions of Ministry of education and Ministry of Finance on the implementation of improving the quality of vocational school teachers”: Ministry of education and Ministry of Finance are organizing the national key vocational education faculty training bases, with appropriate conditions, developing 100 training package for vocational education faculty in undergraduate stage. Targeted develop training standards, training plan, characteristic teaching materials and evaluation of training qualities of vocational education faculty at undergraduate level. Development of training standards of vocational education faculty at undergraduate level is a research field with little findings. In this paper we discussed specific ways of developing completed training standards of vocational education faculty at undergraduate level. Make the “development of training standards of vocational education faculty at undergraduate level in art design specialty” as a model for established case in later research. Hope to provide ideas and reference for development of training standards of vocational education faculty at undergraduate level in our country.This paper constructed of six parts: the introduction part discusses the reasons for the selection of the topic of this paper, definite the main concepts of the paper, puts the relevant research results into order, explains the research ideas of this paper. Chapter two analyses the theory basis and the reality basis of the development of training standards of vocational education faculty at undergraduate level. Chapter three using the thinking mode of the internet put forward four ideas of the development of training standards of vocational education faculty. They are "diversity of main body development", "practicability of the process of development ", "suitability of development ", "prospective of development ideas". Chapter four analyses the aims and methods of the development of training standards of vocational education faculty( "structured life cycle method" and "prototype method "). Chapter five analyses the general procedure of the development of training standards of vocational education faculty at undergraduate level. Provide reference and guidance for the development of other professional training standards. Chapter six take the development of training standards in art design specialty as an example to analysis the procedure of develop training standards of vocational education faculty: first, conduct of market research. The research mainly aims to work demands, knowledge and capacity requirements. Second, protocol the construct and content of the training standards. According to the research results and theoretical analysis, preliminary determined the construct and content of training standards of vocational education faculty at undergraduate level. Then hire experts to evaluate the design of the construct and content of the training standards.
