| Memory plays a very important role in the process of human’s psychological development. So much as to say, no memory, no development. Secondary memory is the best period in one’s life. So the high school students must catch the critical period to improve their memory and get the best development. As a movements art, the basis of dance learning is to memory dance movements. Only on the basis of remember movements that solved the problem of physical stretch, each part’s flexibility and soft opening,control ability, muscle power, jumping, balance, speed, can the students accurately grasp the essentials of the movements to enhance the student’s art expression and then improve the dance teaching quality and efficiency. The process of memorizing movements is a cultivation of the student’s attention and observational ability that not only can speed up the master of behavioral essentials and the dance movement law of memory, but also can help students find memory methods to migrate into other subject’s learning.This text set out from the high school student’s physical and mental development rule, combined with the particularity of this subject, Then analyzed in the aspects of teacher’s teaching ways and student’s learning methods, find out some causes of movements forgotten. In the last part of this article, I expound on the teacher’s teaching and student’s learning,put forward some methods that suit for the high school students to learning dance and hope that these methods would help the middle school students speed up the memorize of movements and improve the ability of memory. |
