| Heuristic teaching has a long history, which emphasis the reality of students. It adopts various teaching methods to inspire students’ thinking, to fully mobilize students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm, and its teaching essence is still worthy of our learning today.In this study, in order to do a better research of heuristic teaching, a large number of literature and in-depth classroom observation of primary and secondary schools are based on. Heuristic teaching contents mainly includes seven aspects, they are the object to inspire, the time of inspiring, the content to inspire, the way to inspire, the angles of inspiring, the atmosphere of inspiring and the degree of inspiring.As to the object, it inspired not for all and paid little attention to the needs of the students,the concerns of individual differences; as to the content, it lacked of life existence, vivid intuitive, interesting, logical and step-ladder; as to the the time,it inspired too late or to early; as to the way of inspiring, its simplification and backward are the problems; as to the angle, its angle is too small or is too large; as to the atmosphere, the insufficient harmony and environment harmonious relations between teachers and students are the problems; as to the degree, false or excessive or illumination inspiring are the problems.On the basis of fully understand the present situation of heuristic teaching, the paper analyzed problems from three aspects of teachers: their ideas,knowledge and ability. First of all, teachers’ ideas such as teachers’ improper students view and study view, etc. Secondly, teachers’ knowledge such as teachers’ discipline knowledge are not so solid, their pedagogy and the psychology knowledge will not be able to achieve mastery through a comprehensive study and so on. Finally, the teachers’ ability such as teachers don’t fully understand students,don’t timely tactfully control class, don’t flexible enough to grasp the teaching material.Based on the present situation and the cause analysis from the seven aspects of heuristic teaching, improvement suggestions and counter measures are put forward. In terms of the object, inspired all,pay more attention to the needs of the students, and to the difference of all the students; In the content aspects, do relate students’ real life, vivid intuitive, their interesting,step-ladder and logical; In terms of the time for inspiring, be open and missionary; In the ways aspects, combine nonverbal and verbal language, and appropriate use of multimedia technology; In terms of the angle, grasp the key points and the difficulties; Achieve the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the aspect of atmosphere, let students speak freely and layout of the environmental comfort, make sure the students’ body and mind are loosened; In terms of degree of inspiring, be moderately inspire and effectively control the classroom. |
