| In our country, the cultivating mode of postgraduate education is classification. This mode conforms to the necessity of social development, and fulfills the purpose of deepening the reform for postgraduate cultivation. Yet, this traditional postgraduate educational mode of ideological and political major doesn’t only mobilize their studying activity, but leads to inverse psychologically to some extent, restricting them to grow up. With a view to improve ideological and political education major postgraduates’ autonomous-learning ability and to explore a new mode, autonomous-learning ICOME mode comes up. This thesis is going to discuss the necessity and feasibility of autonomous-learning ICOME mode from three levels: country, society and individual. Also, it will state five aspects which compose the whole mode:target, content, organization, methods and evaluation.This research concludes five parts.The first is an introduction. This section mainly expounds the meaning of establishing ideological and political education major postgraduates’ autonomous-learning mode; evaluates the current situation of investigating their self-learning mode; and introduces research methods and its innovation.The second part explains the necessity of ideological and political education major postgraduates’autonomous-learning mode. Based on questionnaire survey, this point argues from the requirement of national talent cultivation, social intense competition and employment direction.The third analyzes feasibility of ideological and political education major postgraduates’autonomous-learning mode from three dimensionalities which respectively are space-time condition, ability and quality, and tutor’s powerful strength.The fourth part is the most significant. Based on previous research, ideological and political education major postgraduates’autonomous-learning mode is established with learning intent, content, organization, methods and evaluation. This research originality is to establish ICOME mode by setting a intent which is adaptable to society and incentive to postgraduates; designing a content which can achieve postgraduates’ goal; setting up an organization which can gather themselves; creating a method which can improve their autonomous-learning ability; and forming a evaluation system which can show the autonomous-learning results objectively.The last part is autonomous-learning practical exploration for ideological and political education major postgraduates. Through extending autonomous-learning ICOME mode in Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University of this major, the ICOME mode shortage is realized, discovered, and adjusted. In the end, the development of this ICOME Mode is forecasted by summarizing practical experience.It is expected that learning mode research will be enriched by means of establishing ideological and political education major postgraduates’ICOME mode, so as to push forward the study of postgraduates’autonomous-learning in this major. Also, the realization of teaching reform will be enriched so that educational reform can be promoted. |
