A Study On The Enlightenment Of Tao Xingzhi’s Normal Education Thoughts To The Contemporary Teacher Education

Mr Tao Xingzhi was a great people’s educator, his whole life was devoted to the cause of China’s education.Tao Xingzhi relies on its rich scientific knowledge and the courage to practice to explore the positive initiative, under the huge impact time background of Chinese and western cultures, formed a set of theory of socialist education system with Chinese characteristics, the normal education thought is a great characteristic of his whole theory of education.The normal education thoughts of Tao Xingzhi not only is a system arrangement of its thoughts but also use for reference to our country’s teacher education development.In this first part of this paper mainly introduces the study of Tao’s normal education thoughts origin and the significance, the definition of the concept, back of existing research and evaluation, puts forward my research purpose and method.This paper main body part of the main points of four chapters.The first chapter introduces the formation process of Tao’s normal education thoughts. Mainly on Tao Xingzhi’s life, the time background and personal experience to make a comb systematically.The second chapter discusses the basis of the formation of Tao Xingzhi’s normal education thoughts.Mainly includes the philosophy of Tao Xingzhi and the life education theory.The third chapter is the main part of the paper, mainly discusses the main content of Tao’s normal education thoughts.The third chapter is divided into four parts:The first is the Tao’s understanding of teachers’ position and role;The Second is Tao Xingzhi’s requirement for teachers’ literacy;The third is Tao’s criticism of the traditional normal education;The fourth is the essential claims of Tao’s normal education.The fifth is Tao Xingzhi’s normal education thoughts’ innovation.The fourth part is the enlightenment.This part mainly discusses that the enlightenment of Tao Xingzhi’s normal education thoughts to the contemporary teacher education.The last part is the conclusion of this paper.
