Bacon once said: “Mathematics is the key to the science.â€As an important subject in basic education, Mathematics learning plays an important role in one’s study life. In the teaching process of Mathematics, it’s common to meet all kinds of problems. However, some students still feel it difficult and we call them people with mathematics disabilities. They has hindered students’ own development and the enhancement of teaching.The author is teaching in a countryside school where students are from Tibet. In order to understand the difficulties of learning mathematics in junior high school students of Tibet, the author has found out the reasons for these difficulties with the scientific analysis and then found the appropriate solutions, such as the teaching improvement and improving the efficiency. Based on his own teaching practical experience, through reading the literature reviews and questionnaire survey, the author has explored the main difficulties and the reasons of mainland Tibetan students who are studying in junior high school, and put forward the improvement strategy.The main part of this paper is divided into five sections. The first section introduces the topic, explaining the background and the significance of the subject. The second one makes a statement of the theoretical basis of the study, the related literature and the related research results of experts and scholars. With the analysis and the Tibetan students’ questionnaire survey results, the third section analyzes the mathematics study conditions of junior high school students who come from inland countryside middle school in Tibet and analyzes the causes of those students with disabilities, making a brief description of the influence from society,the family, the school and some other reasons of inland Tibetan students themselves, which provides the corresponding research direction for the transformation of poor students in Tibetan. The fourth plate is the teaching transformation and the countermeasure exploration. It puts forward the resultant force of society, school and family in the correct guidance level of students. Individualized quality education, the innovation and improving of the teaching methods can help students who find math difficult have a fundamental change. The fifth plate is the conclusion, the outlook and profound understanding of this topic’s shortcomings. |
