When we are facing same problems, we will get different conclusions by different angles. This article chooses Marxist view of women to analysis the development of female teachers. Marxist view of women adheres to the basic principles of dialectical materialism and historical materialism. It analyses the necessity of women’s oppression and the longevity and historic of women liberation. It also discusses the significance of women liberation and puts forward its inevitable course. In many books and letters of Marx and Engels, it inflects a conception: Women Liberation. This is an important part of the Marxist theory of the system, having universal significance for women liberation all over the world.With the transformation of the society, the current Chinese higher education development is rapid. The number of colleges and universities has increased rapidly. The development of female teachers in the field of higher education is increasingly highlighted, even appeared some new problems. The women teachers in the process of career development are facing heavy pressure, we must pay much more attention to them. Based on the selection of Marxist view of women, this paper standing on the height of "liberation and development of people" to face the plight of women teachers, and broad the field of vision of research. We try our best to provide new solution for its better development.Closely linked to the subject of this article, we in-depth analysis of the development problems and discuss better ways to develop. There are four main parts in this paper. The first chapter focuses on the basic content of Marxist View of Women. In addition, this article also reviews the feasibility of Marxist View of Women in China. The second chapter introduces two aspects to explain the development status of college women teachers. The third chapter analyzes three reasons to interpret how their pressure is generated. The fourth chapter explores coping strategies from three measures. They are spread out from ideology, institution and women themselves.
