"Like an ephemera live in the world, as tiny as a grain of millet in the ocean." Compared with the vastness of the universe, everyone is very small and always has been influenced by some strong forces. Under the background of complicated age, everyone’s living standard will be changed by external factors. So are the teachers. The adjustment of the school distribution has entered upon the quiet period, self-examination period, and the period of post-adjustment of the school distribution. Self-examination of adjustment in school distribution should become a trend from multiple perspectives.The teacher becomes the key factor of whether the education reform could be successful. In order to make the teachers’ teaching happier and to make the education reform more successful, in this paper I make the teachers’ survival state a perspective to self-examine the adjustment of school distribution basing on life care and human care. In this paper I selected three teachers from each senior school, junior school and primary school which are in the adjustment of school distribution following the principle of convenience by purpose sampling method. The paper faithfully reflects these three teachers’changes of the living standard and adventures of mind before and after the adjustment of the school distribution through the purpose sampling method, documentary method, case study method, interviewing method, observation method, basing on the theory of defining the thought of the adjustment of the distribution and the teachers’living standard. On these bases, the paper points out that the concern and consideration of the teachers’ living standard are not only the respect to the teachers but also the life care and human care. In order to improve the teacher’living standard through the adjustment of the school distribution, the paper concludes some golden rules: nearby arrangement is the premise, and the type and working content before and after the adjustment are the foundation, and strengthening the teacher’ self-cultivation is the key, and the concern of the school is auxiliary, the education of survival theory and needs theory for teachers is a catalyst, and forming the teacher circle is a lubricant. Finally, from the perspective of the adjustment of the school distribution the paper points out the importance of the monitoring in education policies and emphasizes the five beneficial principles, which we must respect and carry out in formulating the education policies in the future:keeping the development of the students heath, improving the teachers’living standard, keeping the education balance and justice, achieving the goal in high efficiency, promoting the quality of the education.
