In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile computing and mobile Internet technology, the performance of mobile device is better and better, so that the education concept has changed a lot. Mobile learning provides a new way to learn. Due to its characteristics of "any person, any time and any place" for the learners, it makes people achieve life-long learning and autonomous learning more easily. The domestic and foreign researchers make a lot of research on mobile learning, but most of them remain at the theoretical level, available and effective application of mobile learning is still not enough. How to combine the mobile learning theory with computer technology, how to choose the mobile platform, how to design mobile learning application, these are the main content of the study.This thesis is aiming at the above issues to do the study. Firstly, the topic studies the basic theory and technology which is related to the mobile learning. Then do the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the current mobile learning applications. Secondly, it’s the research of the related computer technology. At last, the topic verifies the combination of the mobile learning theory and Natural Language Processing Technology to realize the mobile learning application under Android platform is feasible.This thesis takes the Chinese historical figures as the background, and the combination of Mobile learning and Natural Language Processing Technology to study the character entity relation extraction method which is based on Conditional Random Fields The topic also study the process of the construction of automatic question answering system, discusses the technologies in the Android mobile platform development and the Web Service data communication. And then a learning application about Chinese historical figures that can automatically ask and answer is made. As for the disadvantages in this thesis, I will conduct a further research to make it better.
