Since 1949, with the guidance of national regional autonomy policy, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, put the development of national compulsory education as the key point of government, and has achieved remarkable results. However in the national compulsory education development of Inner Mongolia, there are many problems as balanced school distribution, insufficient funds, lacking of teachers and students. The above mentioned problems seriously affect the development of national education, and influence cultivation of Inner Mongolia minority talents, which is not conducive to social progress. In order to promote the rapid and healthy development of compulsory education in Inner Mongolia, the pace of national education legalization should be accelerated, adhere to the scientific criteria of education decision-making, strengthening policy support, collecting multi-channel fund to increase education funding, monitoring the policy implement through the combination of internal supervision and external supervision in real-time, strengthening the construction of teaching faculty of national compulsory, focusing on training the bilingual teachers.
