As the teachers’ two important educational methods in “promoting pupil’s virtues and correcting their defects”, “incentives” and “punishment” have already been the teachers’ basic professional rights. “Education Incentives” has been hotly promoted, while there is more and more child abusing incidences. The problem needing more worrying is the missing of teachers’ professional ethics. Lacking the quality of profession, kindergarten teachers use the incentives abusively without realizing, and even make professional ethics problems happened. The study attempts to analyze the problems of the kindergarten teachers’ incentives method from the perspective of professional ethics, to figure out its causes and propose and come out with some specific tactics.In this paper, the methods of literature, observation and interview are applied. First, doing research over relative literature, we learned the knowledge of current kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics. Then, through practical research in kindergartens; interviewing the teachers, considering the professional ethics problems, probing the elements causing the problems, analyzing and figuring out the strategies which can improve teachers’ professional abilities and help them use incentives properly, this paper aims at urging the teachers on using the professional ethics, reminding them of the ethics in educational activities, breaking the bounding of the real plight, grasping better moral strategy and improving the effectiveness of the education incentives.Through six months’ internship,the study analyzes the problems by observing and interviewing teachers, including “lacking justice”, “unkindness”, “irreverence” and some other relative problems. Then that’s the reasons that leading to the problems. The analysis is divided into micro level and macro level. For micro level, reasons are founded by teacher themselves. For macro level, reasons are founded through analyzing incentives culture, kindergarten’s environment and social effects.At last,we put forward strategies to solve the problems, including understand the meaning of education incentives correctly, applying incentives properly; improving teachers’ ability of professional ethics in differently ways and creating good environment for children.
