Evaluation Research Of User-Centered Digital Education Resource Sharing

With the continuous development of information technology, Internet application rate increased every year around the world, the demand of digital resources is also rising rapidly, the world pay more attention to the construction of information technology in education. Although our country are strongly supported to the construction of information technology in education, the application status of the digital educational resource sites which supported by government are not optimistic, the efficiency of the sharing is need to be improved. In some government education documents are mentioned that strengthen the development and application of high-quality education resources, establish sharing mechanism of digital educational resources and promote the use of digital educational resources. Mature and effective evaluation system in sharing can correctly guide the construction and operation of the mechanism of resources, can provide the basis for education authorities to make decision, promote the research of digital education resources sharing, and laying the foundation for digital education resources sharing evaluation practice.In this paper, the principle of the study is "user-centered", the object is the "basic education resource site", the content is "resource sharing", the research target is "building digital education resource sharing evaluation indicator framework". At the first the research make the definition on the "user-centered", "educational resources", "sharing", and the systems theory, communication theory, quality of service and customer satisfaction as the basis of the research theoretical. Combine influential evaluation indicator framework in the domestic and foreign, constructed the evaluation level indicators and some secondary indicators of the digital educational resources sharing. Through comparative and analysis the government-supported educational resources sites, Internet companies founded educational resources sites and community sites, extract with a universal performance indicator into the framework, determine the version of digital educational resources sharing evaluation indicator framework 1.0, after two rounds of expert discussions and Delphi survey, modify and improve the form of the version 1.0, and determine the final version.Finally, use the AHP’s pairwise comparison method combined with the Delphi survey, obtain the experts data, calculated the weight of each indicator in the framework, and do consistency test, prove the experts’logic meticulosity. And make the indicators weight of hierarchical graph of digital education resources sharing framework.
